Villa was converted into a 1 + 1 villa with a private pool in the form of a ship about 25 meters long by preserving the skeleton and arranging it with new woods a few years ago in the Kalkan, Patara region. When you step into the villa, you will be greeted by a garden with a barbecue, you can go up to the villa with about 10 steps and then you can lift your ladder to the deck. On the deck side of the villa there is a delightful pool, season chairs, a dining table and comfortable cushions. When you get down to your cabin with a few steps, a spacious air-conditioned lounge and an open kitchen will welcome you. The bedroom is designed to have a jacuzzi, a bathroom and a toilet at the rear of the ship.

Living Room: Simple design living room has a seating group, air conditioner, TV, and a coffee table. Kitchen: The pleasant American kitchen of the villa has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cooker, kettle, dining table, cutlery, pots, pans and cups.

Bedroom: Double suite bedroom, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom and sink are available.

Pool Dimensions: 5m x 4m wide and 1.50 meters deep Pool and Garden: The pool terrace overlooks the sea and nature, and there is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, and a sun umbrella in the garden.

Deposit Procedure: The requested deposit fee is 1,000 TL. The damage deposit is received prior to your entry into the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the terms of return of the deposit, there should be no damage, casualties, losses, or rental items in the villa during the period of use.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: The check in time of the new guest to the villa is set at 16.00 noon and the checkout time is set at 10.00 am. It is important that you leave your room on time so the special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for other guests. Villas are delivered to newly arrived guests ready at 16.00.
