The villa has a panoramic view of the city and the bay, located just 3 minutes walk from the center of Kalkan and only a few minutes walk from the city beach and harbor, where you can take a water taxi to different beach clubs.
4 bedrooms (with double beds), 5 bathrooms.
Living room: large open plan kitchen with dining area, smart TV, bathroom and toilet.
Kitchen: fully equipped, dishwasher, coffee maker. A separate utility room has a washing machine and dryer.
Facilities: The villa is fully air-conditioned.
Garden: private swimming pool, mattresses, sun loungers, chairs, indoor bar on the terrace, dining and relaxing area, barbecue.
Note: The 18m shared pool is available to guests of the villa for a small daily entrance fee (please, ask price before booking).
Additional: during check-in, refuntable deposit will be taken from guests and returned at check-out time. In case of damage to the property of the villa, the amount of compensation will be debited from the deposit. Deposit amount specify while booking.
