The main house can accommodate 11 guests and the 6th bedroom additional apartment can accommodate 3 more people.
The villa is a 20-minute walk from the center of Kalkan and a 5-minute walk downhill to the sea and the nearest beach club with water sports facilities.
1st floor: large spacious living room with fully equipped modern kitchen, separate utility room with washing machine, toilet. Bedroom with a beautiful sea view and a large bathroom with shower. From the living room there is access to the covered terrace by the pool, where there is an area for lunch and relaxation, barbecue.
2nd floor: two bedrooms with double beds, bathrooms with showers (one of them also has a bathtub and a large shower room) and balconies. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, bathroom with shower and balcony. Bedroom with double bed and bathroom, with access to the terrace and Jacuzzi.
Additional apartment: Bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed. Fully equipped gym, large spacious living room.
Garden: two-level terrace with a private pool with heating possibility (9.45x4 m, depth 1.58 m), on the lower level an additional shallow children's pool.
Facilities: The villa is fully air-conditioned, equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, large flat screen TV, WI-FI, iPod docking station, video surveillance system and garage.
Additional: during check-in, refuntable deposit will be taken from guests and returned at check-out time. In case of damage to the property of the villa, the amount of compensation will be debited from the deposit. Deposit amount specify while booking.
