On the ground floor of the house are two beautiful airy ensuite bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds (can be made as a double). Both bedrooms open onto the pool terrace.
On the middle floor of the house and you will find the modern open plan kitchen and living room with balcony looking out to sea. Large sliding doors open up to make the balcony and living area one beautiful space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for catering at home and for quiet nights in, or to keep in touch with news and sporting events, the smart TV offers an array of streaming services including Netflix, YouTube, etc.
On the top floor is the master bedroom suite with private terrace and stunning views of Kalamar Bay.
The outside area of villa offers seating areas, alfresco dining, stone BBQ, table tennis table, sun lounges and a beautiful turquoise pool.
