3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, Jacuzzi, LCD TV, wardrobe, makeup table and private bathroom/WC in the room.
4. Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioner, bedside table, LCD TV, wardrobe and private bathroom/WC in the room.
Living Room: In the living room there is a stylish and luxurious siting group, plasma TV and air conditioner, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and washing machine.
Kitchen: There is a modern American kitchen with a dining table and chair for 8 people, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a kettle, a built-in oven and stove, a spoon and fork set, a washing machine, pots and pans and glasses.
Pool and Garden: The villa's pool is substantially sheltered. There is a private swimming pool with a size of 4 x 7 meters and a depth of 1.45 meters in the private garden. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening. There are 6 sun loungers and parasols by the pool. The pool of our villa is partially sheltered. In addition, there is a barbecue located in the spacious garden.
Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the villa rental price. No additional fee is charged. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets, and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices. Spraying is done regularly in our villa. Nevertheless, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment.
Damage of deposit: A deposit of 250 € is taken at the entrance for damage, loss, breakage, worn-out, etc. If there is no problem such as breakage, damage, or loss, your deposit is returned at the check-out.
