Kitchen: American kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge, washing machine, built-in 4-cook, electric water heater kettle, toaster, pots and pans set, dining set, spoon and fork set and cups. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Living Room: Air conditioner, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, seating group, armchair and sink are located in the living room. The living room is on the pool floor. On the top floor there is another very spacious viewing terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. There is also a seating group, a table and a chair in this area.

Pool and Garden: There is a pool in the garden, a dining table, a seating group with pergules and chairs, a barbecue, sun beds and umbrellas. The pool and garden are cleaned daily by the attendant. Pool Dimensions: 2.5m, 6.30m, 1.5m

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean to the guests and cleaning is done 1 time per week. Cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are provided by the attendant. If guests request extra cleaning, it is extra chargeable. 

Deposit: A deposit of 1000 TL is accepted upon arrival at the villa. If there are no problems such as damage, broken parts, loss, 10 minutes before leaving the villa, the villa is checked first and the deposit is refunded to the guest.

Check-in and Check-Out Times: The first day of check in time to villas is 16:00 in the afternoon, the last day of departure from the villa is 10:00 in the morning. Please observe the check-in and check-out times of the villa.

Beach Facilities: It is 5 km from the beach, shallow sea on the shore, sun beds and umbrellas are free, public beach, pebble beach and sand beach.
